To avoid additional any charges, Parkair 24/7 do require you call 30 minutes prior to reaching the terminal, so they can allocate staff accordingly on 0333 4042 247.
For Terminals 2,3 & 5:
T4 Arriving/Returning after 23rd June:
Terminal 2: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
Terminal 3: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
Terminal 4: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 2
Please note that there is a location change from 23rd June:
Exit Terminal 4 and head to Bus Stop 3 for the shuttle back to the car park. Buses are fully accessible with space for luggage.
Terminal 5: Terminal Parking Car Park, Level 4
A Parkair driver will meet you and return your vehicle promptly. Please take a moment to check your vehicle before leaving, as Parkair cannot accept liability for any issues reported after the vehicle has been driven away.
Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.
For last minute date or time changes from the day before your booking starts, contact Parkair 24/7 on 0333 4042 247 to advise of the change.
ULEZ charges apply. You will enter the ULEZ zone twice, once on your departure date and again on your return date.
Please check your vehicle before leaving, as Parkair 24/7 cannot accept liability for any issues reported after the vehicle has left their care. Taking photographs of your vehicle is recommended.
Parkair 24/7 will cover up to 1 hour of parking in the Terminal Parking car park. No additional charges will apply if your flight is delayed.
Due to the closure of Terminal Parking T4 from 23 June, ParkAir has introduced a new drop off and collection location. Please check your booking confirmation for the latest instructions and directions.
Parkair 24/7 has robust security measures and systems that include 24 hour staff, CCTV and security fencing.
Assistance will be given to help you get to the check in desks from the Terminal Parking car park.
In terminal parking there is blue/orange badge parking available, and close to these areas are help phones.
Pre-arranging any necessary assistance will ensure that it’s available and that no time is lost in waiting for it to be arranged once you arrive at the airport.
Terminal 2, 3 & 5: Height restriction of 2.2 metres.
Terminal 4: Height restriction of 2.1 metres.
If your flight is delayed, no additional charges apply - however, please ensure you contact Parkair to keep them informed of any changes to your return time.
